The team contuines to alter both the design and style of the homes to keep with the every changing styles of market. About the Marketing manager Carissa DeRocher, after building numerous new construction homes in Plymouth and Sioux counties, discovered a love for all things real estate! She truly enjoys connecting with our clients and helping them create the home of their dreams. I'm ready to use my knowledge and background to assist you. About the Builder Matt DeRocher began at a early age helping his father with various construction projects as a middle school student from Akron, IA. After graduating high school in 2006, He continued to work as he attended Iowa State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2010. MJ DeRocher Construction was established in 2010 and currently does new construction homes, spec homes, large scale remodel projects, and concrete work in Le Mars, Akron, Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.
